Sheree has held leadership roles within regional community-based organizations, where she worked closely with families to navigate eligibility processes, coordinate services, and connect individuals to home- and community-based programs that promote independence and stability. This work required deep knowledge of public and private service systems, interdisciplinary collaboration, and partnership with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to support long-term outcomes.

Quality Support Care, LLC was founded after years of professional and personal experience supporting family members and other families as they navigated K–12 education, postsecondary disability services, and a wide range of community-based resources. These experiences highlighted how challenging key life transitions can be without structured guidance and informed support.

Today, Sheree brings together systems navigation expertise, a quality-improvement mindset, and evidence-based programming to support adolescents and young adults in building confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in school, work, and community life.
