
What Is PEERS®?
PEERS® is an evidence-based social skills program that helps teens learn and practice skills for making and keeping friends through structured lessons, role-play demonstrations, practice activities, and parent/caregiver support.
Who Is This Program For?

Teens ages 11–17

Willing to participate in a supportive group setting

Parent/caregiver participation is required
An intake is required before enrollment to help determine readiness and support a positive group fit.

Program Format
Teen Group
Structured lessons, role-play demonstrations, group discussion, and practice activities during weekly 90-minute sessions.
Parent/Caregiver Group
Coaching and support to reinforce skills outside of sessions, with opportunities to connect with other parents and caregivers during the program.
A supportive environment for practicing skills and building connections.

Payment Options
Private pay and Family Support Funds through New Horizons may be accepted.
New Horizons approval must be confirmed before beginning the intake process.
